Dr. Kaushik Sil is a graduate of Calcutta National Medical College. He has done his surgical specialization from SCB Medical College, Cuttack. Dr. Sil underwent Superspeciality training in neurosurgery from Kolkata. He has taken training in Paediatric Neurosurgery from Necker Children Hospital, Paris. Dr. Kaushik Sil has worked with eminent international neurosurgeons during his career. He has numerous national and international publications and has spoken at many international meetings. His main area of interest is Child Neurosurgery, Endoscopic Neurosurgery, and Complex Spine Surgery.

Currently, he is practicing in Park Clinic Kolkata, NH Rabindranath Tagore Hospital, AMRI Hospital, Bhagirathi Neotia Hospital New Town, and also at KPC Medical College as an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery.

Dr. Kaushik Sil is a senior Neuro Surgeon of international repute with excellent management skills. He has over 16 years of experience in treating complex Brain and Spine problems like brain tumors, spinal disc prolapse, brain stroke, subdural hematoma, spinal deformity with a special interest in childhood neurosurgical problems like hydrocephalus and spinal birth defects. After complete his DNB Neurosurgery course he has undergone many specialized courses in Pediatric Neurosurgery, in Paris & he had been associated with prestigious institutions such as National Neurosciences Centre, Park Children’s Centre etc. Dr. Kaushik Sil has worked with many eminent international neurosurgeons during his career like Prof. A.P. Kahn (France – Pediatric), Prof. Shizuo Oi (Japan – Hydrocephalus), Dr. R.P. Sengupta (U.K. – Vascular), Prof A. Zerber (U.K. – Spine), Prof. A. Guha (Canada -Peripheral nerve) and Prof Atul Goel (Skull base).
